Passover Ideas

These Passover ideas will help Sunday School students learn about this Jewish meal and festival.

Sunday school children will find the Old Testament Bible stories about Moses and the Exodus story interesting.

The Bible stories will help children make a connection about the Feast of Unleavened Bread, also known as Passover.

In addition, children will be so fascinated by story of the 10 plagues.

The Ten plaques where sent down into Egypt by the Lord, where the Hebrew people were held as slaves.

Be sure to remind the students that God had a plan for the Jewish people.

The Lord told Moses and Aaron to have the Hebrew people put the blood of a lamb over the door. Then the angel of death would pass over their home.

Holy Week Days

Prior to Easter, start to preparing Sunday school children by counting down the days of Holy Week. Holy Week charts are a wonderful visual teacher’s aide and the crafts will prepare the heart’s of children for Easter.
